      Pros

      Home based remote work so there isn't any need to commute to work. There are socials every week plus shopping vouchers for your team to help with the rising cost of living. Very little micromanagement. You interact with customers through emails and over social media so you're not on the phone everyday.

      Cons

      While there isn't much micromanagement, there are still targets on the number of conversations you're expected to have with customers each week which can be a little stressful.
