      Coming from a corporate background, Eon Next really does care about the people (employees) and are so understanding with everything. I'm not late/sick often but when I was, they make you feel no pressure and check in on you as a person, rather than ticking a box (corporate work has clearly scarred me). Autonomy over your own rota, choose when you do your hours (dependent on your team) amazing, caring management wfh 100% which is the best thing

      the only con is I wish the salary was higher
