Great team leaders! Work life balance is really good. You can work in the office or from home.They honestly do care about it’s staff. Plenty of rewards and recognition.You are made to feel valued and appreciated. Loads of career opportunities as it’s such a large organisation. Friday socials at work are ace!

Cons

Not enough staff to answer the phones. Customers waiting a long time and getting angry at the wait times.
