Flexible hybrid working, office and work from home.

Cons

Unattainable expectations and little to no support. As a TL you will be stretched to manage high workloads with no reward. Senior management are not supportive and there is no reward for your hard work.

Cons

People promoted based on who they’re friends with. Things change every 5 minutes leading to no consistency. Outsourced staff do what they want and it has an impact on British staff.

Good company, ok salary, no progression at all if you are foreign and have accent. I have been working for this company for 3 years now and 7 years with E.ON. The management work of favouritism, will give progression to their friends mostly. If you are age 50, foreign, have accent- forget about progression. The management will expect you to do hard tasks all the time.

no progression opportunities. Favouritism at this company.
