Worked here 9 years and never thought I’d leave. The way the restructure was handled destroyed morale. Felt like decisions were already made long before staff were consulted. Nepotism is rife, there’s a culture of burnout, constant micromanagement and unless your pals with a manager don’t expect to progress. Many good people left voluntarily from this poorly run company.

In some areas bullying. Management hierarchy that negatively impacts employees. Managers getting away with bullying, harassment, breaking regulations. No duty of care shown. Encouraging cliques, segregating staff. Some managers make threats, no consequences. No support. Refusal to follow employee legislation. HR lie, managers lie.
