      Pros

      9-5 Job & No weekend's Option to Buy 2 further weeks of holidays. Part-time flexibility once working a while.

      Cons

      Team Leaders vary so if you get the good TL it could make a huge difference in staying longer, not all are flexible. Challenging, and stressful Progression is slow process & training!

      Pros

      Very good team and team leader. Seem very supportive and engaging. Training is very Good and friendly.

      Cons

      Most times a holiday is booked, you won't get paid because its not to their liking even if you have booked time off ages ago. You work really hard but treat you like you're a child in school. You are timed to the second on literally everything! You are even expected to make time up if you go over on toilet breaks or getting drinks in the summer. They find ways to screw you over. I don't see how people can live booking holiday then not actually getting paid.

      - flexibility - independence in decision making - good atmosphere

      Cons

      - agents are expected to provide an end-to-end service and know each and every aspect of handling a customer (incl. managing complaints and sales) - there is no clear guidance where to search for help if the agent is stuck - lots of politics involved - little to no prospects of promotion, unclear rules regarding promotion
