Pros

Commission is good and the money is good. It’s also pretty easy to achieve target if you’re happy making calls

Cons

Micromanaging. No support from management. Commission can be withdraw for basic human errors. Management constantly change things to catch staff out. No down time/time for fun. All work no play. Systems are useless, everything has to be done manually which means more room for error so more risk of commission being taken. No sales training. The list goes on
