Nice office space with free drinks, snacks and fridges stacked with alcohol from 4pm every Friday. Work from home 3 x a week Good flexible benefits Nice work life balance overall

Cons

Micromanaging and toxic boss. Inexperienced team leads. Starting to look more like a secondary school And the atmosphere matches

Withholding bonus and recognition payments after 18 month's working on a large scale project, due to a line manager incorrectly advising of the bonus terms, losing out on £2000 with no support from senior management or HR.
