Good training and opportunity for self led learning Useful Wiki for support Great operating system that is user friendly Lovely people to work with. Focused on the customer

Cons

A lot of info to remember in a rapidly changing industry Not inconsiderable amount of targets / KPI's to hit Salary could be better considering all that is required from the role

Can get tiring and managers don't do much to help with workload. Also as a credit specialist, there's little to no room for career advancement.

With any job there’s always bad apples. Some employees can be difficult and it takes a strong person to not be impacted by negative people. Although flexibility is given you are expected to do a lot within the one role.
