      Great people within your team to work with.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculous for the amount of pressure and work put on you. OM’s and Managers are given way too much power and treat people lower down like crap. Always told to do this and do that to increase your chances of pay rises and working ways up but never seeing any steps forward from that, Just making everyone do the work for less money.

      Cons

      Just constant turn over in higher management and they all want to put their stamp on things. Which means things are forever changing for the people below.
