Pros

- Level of trust - Employee Benefits - The working environment - the offices (or hubs as we call them) are brilliant with a really team feel atmosphere, fully operating kitchens and wholesome foods and snacks on offer to keep you energised - The Inclusion and Development networks

Cons

Not a con, but be prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone - there is so much opportunity to learn and grow but you need a learning mindset, be open to change and put yourself out there

- flexibility - independence in decision making - good atmosphere

Cons

- agents are expected to provide an end-to-end service and know each and every aspect of handling a customer (incl. managing complaints and sales) - there is no clear guidance where to search for help if the agent is stuck - lots of politics involved - little to no prospects of promotion, unclear rules regarding promotion
