Pros

environment, reward scheme, salaries, friendly people, restaurant

Cons

Upper management have no clue about the people they manager lower down the tree. Waste money and resources on silly projects and then don't have money for more important stuff that would make a genuine impact on the business.

Pros

Excellent career opportunities for high performers and those on the management bandings. Good pay, benefits and overall a great working environment.

Cons

Can be a very slow paced environment to work in and sometimes decisions can take a long time to get agreed. Innovation could be encouraged more.

Pros

Paid ok to say it was just a customer service role. Cafe was pretty good as well at Phoenix Park

Cons

Terrible conversations with customers - customers love bashing the energy firms. Resource planning was terrible - constantly had queues of 200+ customers waiting
