      Pros

      Colleagues, salaries, atmosphere, place, location, benefits and the way they treat people. Relaxed and professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      Bureacracy. Sometimes the management does not seem to have a clear steering on the company. Impacted upon political measures too much, and the management has no idea what to do with it.

      Pros

      Great manager, looks after employee's well-being, however depends on who your manager is. people are very friendly and approachable good work life balance lots of benefits nice work environment

      Cons

      internal advancement opportunities limited if you are ambitious, lots of people have been in their roles for a long time because they can't find better opportunities sometimes they don't give you reflective rating you deserve at end of year review because it has to be approved by the leadership team and there is always politics involved
