      Things moving quite slow, long time for management decisions. Always under one restructuring programme or another.

      Pros

      are very flexible compassionate and in some areas the management is great. They are very understanding where illness crops up and requires hospital intervention and they work well and recognise the unions. theres also a good pathway for promotion and encouragement and you are valued

      some management do not listen and try and overturn sensible decisions
