The people on the ground floor are fine

Cons

Zero / minium hours contracts are the default. They'll happily let you take on twice the amount of hours for 75% of the year, tell you that you're full time staff and get priority but then take you down to the minimum with no warning. Because they can. It's legal I suppose, but scummy.
