Instability, no flexibility for working from home and management is not the best

Nothing good about the company

Cons

Management are ridiculous and don't care about staff. Illegally change shifts and then complain when you don't show up. I stay over an hour away from the store and I had to walk every morning to get there for 5am. Got warnings for that although I explained to management.
