There are zero pros to working here.

Cons

They don't care about anything, they are only about the money. If a certain store is not doing good, they will not try anything to help that succeed. They just do the bare minimum until it starts to go under. But it's the employees fault that the store isn't making a profit. You have to put money into your business if you expect to make a profit and they haven't put a dime into that store. This is a multi-billion dollar company and they would rather shut stores down than at least try to fix the problems.

Great team and co-workers Great location in downtown Cincinnati Rapid advancement opportunities

Cons

NO work /life balance. This company will absolutely work you to the bone and still expect more. We were told on Nov. 1 that they are relocating the office to Westborough, MA and all 200 of us are out of jobs. Great news just in time for the holidays!
