Hours can be ok if you don't get called in to cover fake sickies but non other than that

Cons

Min wage to watch their greedy overpriced fuel roll in and deal with complaints every day from customers, having to pay for customers fuel if they leave the shop without paying even though you are not allowed to run after them. No discounts, no reachable bonus along with false promises and the threat of disaplinary if you miss a mystery shopper, constant feeling of being watch by CCTV whilst on shift

The worse company I have every worked for not paid for over time rubbish wage for the amount of work and the lack of hours is unreal to be able to do your work load
