Cons

low pay , poor management , illegal cramped work conditions , have to stand for 8 hours , no bonuses , no extra pay for holidays , an atmosphere of fear and threat , fines for drive offs , watched on cameras by head office , occasionally phoned to let you know they are watching , totally ignored when area managers turn up not even a hello , EVEN IF YOUR DESPERATE , LOOK FOR A BIT LONGER AND DONT WORK HERE

Pros

Absolutely noting good about this company

Cons

You get treated like animals. Worked in management and they treated me like crap-got less than minimum wage with the amount of ridiculous hours you do. No appreciation. Even going to different stores, all petrol expenses come out of your own pocket.

Pros

you get a free drink on shift

Cons

low pay for staff managers do not get paid extra for working more than contracted hours effectivly leaving us working less than minimum wage constant changes for the worst no communication from anyone hire than store level if they do not like you they get rid if they do not have grounds to get rid they bully you out by putting more pressure on you than a human can handle to busy trying to make money they forget about their current teams never see any of the bonus ever moving people into area manager positions who are not ready and clearly having power makes them snobby and stuck up and again if they do not like you well you have had it get ignored on a daily basis pay is constantly wrong - not allowed to directly call anyone hire then area manger expected to travel to get stock or go to meetings at head office and not allowed to claim petrol back no incentives to work no drive no focus everything is all about sales and KPIs and if you are not hitting target apparently you clearly are not trying to improve
