Not many spring to mind! Making new friends and having some lovely customers

Cons

Expected to work till you drop. Salaried so when you do 50/60 hours per week your on less than minimum wage. No clear leadership or training. Staff treated like dirt

It's a job, you got paid. But on the other hand, sometimes it was hard to get the full worked hours because the systems are incredibly poor and old fashioned Always hiring because people constantly leaving

Cons

No incentives, poor management, uncaring work staff, terrible pay Work by yourself if you've been stuck on nights, if something happens to you then you're in trouble Have to pay people's fuel if they do a runner if you don't put down the details
