Next to nothing! Staff deserve better.. Most employees are ex ROC uk but I can't see them staying as there is so much better our there!

Cons

Poor company trying to make a quick buck. Appalling working conditions ie: on your own all day, door open at night, poverty pay if your aged under 25! The pos also keeps crashing as it wasn't designed to deal with a busy fast paced environment like a petrol station, more suited to a train set shop or a hospital kiosk maybe..

friendly customers...get on with staff but they dont stay long

Cons

Everything. Basic wage, no extra for night shift, bank holidays just a flat rate. Being watched all the rime due ti the amount of cameras in store. No staff discount, no loyalty schemes...nothing. The owners just out to make money and dont give too hoots about their staff

Can't find a single one apart from the fact they go through that many supervisors and managers you are guaranteed moving up (without training though).

Cons

Everything. There is no health care, voucher schemes, child care, flexibility.. Nothing. Even at manager level! They can't take holidays (speaking as both a cashier and manager) and the training is either non-existent or a booklet. Joke.
