I honestly do not have any pros on working for this company.

Cons

Too many to list but I shall bullet point a few.. zero hour contract, no breaks, made to feel worthless, poor management team, long shifts, feel drained, just a number to higher management team, no respect, no benefits, no bonuses, open 365 days of the year. work bank holidays, Christmas and new year.
