-Decent evening penalty start time -Good Work/Life balance as long as you're confident in speaking up for yourself when you need sick leave

Cons

-NO BREAKS, and forget about sitting, they get off on a technicality with fair work by saying you're allowed to lean on counters... -Working alone 99% of the time -Terrible upper management communication (changes that are expected to be known somehow, yet never signed off on) -Constant barrage of customers -Will be expectected to do everything even during a 4 hour busy shift

Zero - avoid like the plague

DO NOT WORK HERE You are asked to bring in your own stationary and have to beg for things like headhphones etc. which you need for your job You have to make work calls on your own phone and you can then "claim them back (right)" They advertise an ASDA discount which you don't get Constantly monitored Bad moral and revolving door company Fined £7 if you lose the pass
