Single manned, two faced lying manager, no social life live to work treated like crap, on call 24/7 including Xmas day and when on leave, dire pay, any variance comes out of your wages

Cons

The entire operation is run like an illegal store, shady practices everywhere to be seen. Everything you do is held against you with a culture of fear, if you don’t sign a form that’s obviously illegal they make you do it by threatening to take away hours, meaning you then can’t afford to eat with the already meager pay.

Can't find a single one apart from the fact they go through that many supervisors and managers you are guaranteed moving up (without training though).

Cons

Everything. There is no health care, voucher schemes, child care, flexibility.. Nothing. Even at manager level! They can't take holidays (speaking as both a cashier and manager) and the training is either non-existent or a booklet. Joke.
