Pros

Trying to find one!! Totally nothing to mention.

Cons

The company appears to have significant challenges in leadership, management, and work culture. These issues may impact employee morale, job security, and overall satisfaction. It is advisable for prospective employees to carefully consider these factors before joining the company and assess whether the work environment aligns with their expectations and career goals. If you are willing to be a hear total nonsense, bad words from upper management about yourself please go ahead and join the Company. I would never want even my enemies to suffer in this Company. The above explanation is totally my perception, it can be different for other. But do read reviews from all the website and then join this Company. The power of Management should be divided however, it sits on to a single person and the person acts as a robot for the person who has remote.

Pros

Good brand to associate with

Cons

The HR lead demonstrates a concerning level of incompetence, which has contributed to a pervasive atmosphere of anxiety, negativity, and distrust among the employees. Employees' queries and appeals are consistently dismissed by HR, who often belittle their significance or place blame on the employees themselves. This attitude fails to recognize the value of employees' education, knowledge, and skills. Furthermore, the HR practices differ greatly from what is outlined, resulting in unfair treatment. HR intrude into employees' personal lives and private spaces, crossing boundaries by publicly commenting on their activities, spreading gossip, and causing unnecessary disruptions. Such behaviour includes engaging in inappropriate discussions, making public remarks, and engaging in other related behaviours. These actions not only erode trust but also contribute to a toxic work environment. It is also worth noting that HR behaves differently when senior officials visit from headquarter, indicating a lack of consistency and fairness in approach.
