      Pros

      Had a very good time working for ERGO. ERGO as a group has different units, some of them with different cultures. Overall they all were welcoming and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Working in Insurance or Finance comes with a few extra challenges due to the industry, many regulations affect the business organization and also the software development process. This can be a challenge.

      Grate collegs and servant leadership bosses lots of freedom to create grate office (coffe frouts)

      Good work-life balance, opportunities for working with different insurance markets worldwide.

      Cons

      Sophisticated organisational structure, as a result slow implementation of any innovations and new business processes. A lot of repeated tasks, poor quality of data.
