1. Good Hikes. 2. Good Variable Pay 3. Good Work Culture(Not in my project) 4. Good Infrastructure (Not my building) 5. Good cafeteria (Not in my building again)

Cons

QA Team Management is not good in the project I worked. Micro Management in My project We Test Engineers have no managers or Teamleads to guide us. No vision for automation testing in future Onsite managers are clueless about automation here. Onsite people may make your work difficult at times Onsite managers are not good in my project.
