Pros
Lots of talk about building a good work environment. Flexible remote work. Pay is very competitive.
Cons
Often only pays lip service to employee satisfaction. Very little opportunity for growth in Creative Services. Clearly trying to offshore as much as they can, so job security is iffy, especially if you're working outside Houston. Recently learned that they will not give references to former employees, which is extremely off-putting.
