      Pros

      The partners and employees are really devoted to excellence. Commitment, dedication and hard work are rewarded (though sometimes it might take longer than you hoped). The corporate culture is welcoming, open and friendly. People really do enjoy their work here. Knowledge sharing and re-use is a priority, and there is always a resource, or several, to fall back on.

      Cons

      Long hours and travel requirements can take their toll. A very few partners and employees have not bought in to the overall culture of teaming, but they are the exceptions. There is always more money to be made elsewhere, but it can be hard to leave behind the perks.
