Join right out of college. Great way to learn what the working world is like. Young workforce full of very talented people.

Cons

The best analogy I can give is the analyst are peasants rowing a roman era boat. All upper management cares about is getting their production. They do NOT care about turnover or burnout. As long as the boat keeps moving and all the analysts are rowing along they're fine. As such, don't stay here long you won't learn valuable skills and you they will keep you with the false promise of career development
