Pros

Got exposure to talk to clients and learn the norms of what consultants do on a daily basis. Great job out of college if you come from a non target school and are trying to get into a big 4 especially if you love banking.

Cons

pay was low, required to be in the office, too long of a track to get a meaningful promotion, and the projects offered in the group were all highly manual repetitive tasks that didn't foster many technical skills.

Pros

Good overall benefits. Overtime pay. Fitness reimbursement. A food reimbursement when you work 10+ hours past 7:30.

Cons

Not worth the time. You dont get paid enough. The food reimbursement never happens since they have you work 10 hours a day and you cant go over. No work life balance since your working 10 hours a day. No real learning opportunities, just learn how to search names on databases.

-Unlimited PTO is nice -Good 410k, different options -Great Holiday schedule, normally additional 1 or 2 days added around Memorial

Cons

-Pay is extremely low, especially on government side -Work life balance does not exist even with WFH, actually think we work more -Low bonuses, low progressions
