The company seems AI oriented and seems to be pivoting to be a leader in AI business implementation. Which should set it up for success in the foreseeable future. This also has provided me and others unique opportunities to be involved in the AI space early.

Cons

Buearocracy, there's a lot of middle management and it's unclear at times who exactly you should reach out to for certain things.
