      Pros

      Worked for about 4 years after they bought our division in North NJ in 2004. It was a good company, when we were not under scrutiny from HQ. Discounted 3M products through employee store.

      Too long ago to remember, but issues with remote management.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
