      because 3m is one of the best company who take care of his employees like his own member and also company has its good range of products in the market. and by working @ 3M i am proudly saying to other that I am a 3M employee.

      Cons

      atleast reasonable growth must be given to the employees who deserve for that.

      Cons

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
