      3MHIS MD office offers a very good work environment and the people for the most part are eager to work with you for supporting the client. Nothing more to say at this time.

      Divisional mobility is Limited because most coworkers are happy in their current positions and doesn't allow for advancement in the current department. Nothing more to say at this moment.

      Good pay, benefits, and time off

      Cons

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
