      The people are great. Variety of job opportunities.

      Cons

      Management sometimes didn't have a clue on how things got done nor were some of them interested in learning. They were more interested in looking good for their next job.

      Pros

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
