      Good pay and hard working, ambitious co-workers

      Cons

      I feel like a number sometimes. The company seems disorganized and tries to accomplish too many things at once without investing in the needs of their employees or in necessarily manufacturing technologies that would help accomplish their goals.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
