      Pros

      There is a ton of room for growth. Great benefits such as time off or discounts on 3M products.

      Cons

      With so many people at 3M it can be very hit or miss on what your experience is going to be like. I loved it there until I was laid off. The health insurance is pretty mediocre though compared to come companies

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
