      Good transportation for forward and back employee who live in Malaysia

      Cons

      Freezing of headcount and the economic recession greatly impact this company. The amount of job scope has increase significantly over the years due to other worker leaving.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
