      Great people, innovation culture, some great brands and businesses

      Cons

      CEO and CFO have lost direction, lost credibility both inside and outside the company. All they can think about is cutting. High level of disfunction in the corporate operating committee.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
