      Pros

      Great management and team in my experience. Work environment is productive and not too fast paced.

      Cons

      Pay a bit low and sometimes development gets bogged down by a lot of roadblocks from processes and long time spent in meetings.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
