Very Large company *45,000 employees - often get lost in the shuffle *In 5 years with ADP received a $25 Christmas bonus (1 time) *Numerous client issues because service cannot serve the large number of clients Lots of competition Market is already saturated with the big 3 (ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks) - you must create believers. When you resign - they choose to fire you - benefits stop that night! Very boring product/service. Hard to have passion about what you do... A means to an end if you care about what you are doing with your career/life.
