Best practice organizations are never finished when it comes to optimizing their structure and here at AGF, we conduct reviews our structure on a regular basis to ensure it is aligned to our business priorities and growth opportunities. As a result of our recent review, we implemented some changes that ultimately had some people implications – hard decisions that were not undertaken lightly.
