      Pros

      Benefits, vacation (15 to start) and wellness days (6) are decent. Internal colleagues are friendly and approachable. Company culture is OK - didn’t find people extremely cliquey.

      Cons

      Training is very informal, pay could be better in comparison to other firms, extreme micromanagement from my direct report, hybrid work model is 3 times a week, lack of opportunities

      No clear vision from mgmt Not clear who makes decisions No clear successor to the business as a whole or in leadership Declining market share and top PM(s) have left HR is a function of the CEO and governing family
