Pros

Pros are that everyone thinks it's a great place to work.

Cons

Full Time consists of having health benefits and having the opportunity to work 40+ hours per week. To be full time status, you may NEVER request a specific day or days off during the upcoming weeks. What you get is what you get. If you can still work a full week, but would like a Wednesday morning/evening free, let's say, NOPE. It's like you would get punished for thinking to ask. Also, you must be available for all Sunday-Saturday shifts and hours, but you will more than likely only receive 24-30 hours per week. Being PART TIME, you can dictate which days/hours you can work, and receive 20-30 hours per week (not too much less than full time), the only thing you don't get are the health benefits. You cannot pick WHERE you want to work. I lived in an area with about 5 Aldis surrounding me, but I had to commute 40 miles to downtown Chicago to about 5 Aldis. I don't speak Spanish, but I was consistently in stores with a majority of Spanish speaking customers who would end up aggravated with me. On Sundays, you would receive the next day Monday-Saturday schedule. Yep. 24 hour notice, so you cannot function in the world outside Aldi. That fabulous, notorious Aldi pay? If you have a bachelor's degree, you can be a manager and work 55+ hours/week for $20/hr. If not, you get $13/hr.
