      Pros

      The pay and benefits are excellent. There is a lot of opportunities to move up in the company as well as transfer around. Might take a bit, but opportunities are there. Great team of people that you work with. Everyone is out there making sure things get done and helping each other out to do it. Has to work that way because with a reduced workforce, everyone needs to pull their weight.

      Cons

      As stated in the PROS, a con "could" be that you do run at 110% your whole shift. If you ever say you are bored you probably won't last long. I personally find the pace exciting and challenging. I can not sit behind a desk or register without wanting to get up and move.

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
