      Great time off/benefits. Would have stayed if I was paid more.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to your day-to-day but will tell you how to do your job. Trained too many people who were making way more money than me.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
