      Psychische Probleme werden von Management und Personalabteilung ignoriert, schweres Burnout wird nicht behandelt. Die Kollegen warten bang auf die nächste Entlassungsankündigung. Es gibt keinen Betriebsrat – keinen Schutz für die Beschäftigten. Der Bürostandort in München ist ungünstig.

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
