      - great place to learn technical skills - work culture is very informal, you can get involved in many different things - higher management is easily approachable

      Cons

      - easy to get stuck in a bad role for long time - no promotions - company takes advantage of the location (orlando); keeps the salaries low - signs of desperation quite evident

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
