Pros
The olds, working for founder Jerry Sanders was great. Never a dull moment. Gave you enough opportunity to do good work. He expected/demanded a lot, but it was worth it.
Cons
The huge swings from good times to bad times, back to good times, and back, were a real drain on employees. Too much stress. Company culture shifted when the bulk of management shifted to Austin, TX.
